ひなまつり La fete des filles

ひなまつりということで、潮汁とちらし寿司です。C'etait la fete des filles hier. It was the girls' festival yesterday.

両方、近年実家で食べていたひなまつり料理ですが、今回はカールおじさんのリクエストにより、えびを追加。華やかになるね☆ The clam soup and Chirashi sushi, which were almost my mother's recipe but this time with a boiled shrimp for Carl's request.

アサリは何度か調理したけど、ハマグリは初。ちょっと小ぶりだけど、活ハマグリを購入し、塩水で砂抜き。つい、動かないかなぁ〜と観察しちゃうんだよね。母にならい、他にダシは入れずに、塩とお醤油で調味します。Put the clams in a pot with water and salt. I can't help watching them in the water wondering if they move... I just saw some bubbles. Just like mom I didn't add any soup but just salt and soy sauce.

ちらし寿司は、干ししいたけの戻し汁に、にんじん、しいたけ、下茹でしたかんぴょうを入れて煮て、砂糖、醤油、みりんで味付けて煮詰めたものを、すし飯に混ぜました。Put dried mushrooms into a bowl of water and leave in the fridge for more than 6 hours. Then remove the mushrooms, put the water into a pot and boil. Then add sliced carrots and mushrooms, pre-cooked kampyo, and keep boiling. Put sugar, soy sauce and mirin and boil them until they almost dry up. Mix them with suchi rice.

それに卵(ちょっと焦がしちゃって錦糸になってない)、茹でたきぬさや、煮立てた甘酢に入れて味をしみ込ませたレンコンとボイルえびをのせて出来上がり。Put sliced eggs, peas (still in a bag), water lily root with sweet vinegar seasoning and boiled shrimps.

そしてひなあられ、開けたら止まらない〜〜また太ったかもcoldsweats02
And I love the sweet rice crisps!! I know I am gaining fat again.
