Mousse a la fraise

結婚祝いに、ハンディフードプロセッサをいただきました!ので、早速久しぶりにムースを作ってみました。いちごが旬だしねhappy01
I received a handy food processor for the wedding gift! I wanted to try it immediately so I cooked mousse. Strawberries are in season now!

前にもブログにポストしましたが、今回はちょっと分量を変えてみました。日本語の作り方はこちらを。I posted the recipe before but I changed the amount of ingredients a bit. For the Japanese recipe click the previous link.

Ingredients for 5-6 small cups

200ml (1cup) of strawberries crushed (like puree)
100ml (2/1 cup) of cream
1 egg white
40g of granulated sugar
2 tea spoonful of gelatin

1) Put two table spoonful of hot water and gelatin together in a bowl.
2) Put the strawberry puree and 30g of sugar in a pot and heat. Stop heating and add gelatin. Remove from the fire and mix in a bowl in another bowl with ice and water.
3) Whip the cream until it becomes a little firm.
4) Beat egg white and the rest of the sugar until it makes a peak.
5) Add cream into the strawberry puree bowl little by little and mix them.
6) Add <4>.(egg white) not to break the bubbles. Try not to mix but cut the dough.
7) Pour in glasses and cool in a fridge.
