My mother asked my father to get the Soft-baked Castellas on his way back home at Shinagawa. The right one is seasonal limited Uji Green Tea flavor.

My sister-in-law who is coming here soon is allergic to milk, so the recipe contains no milk. The nutrition fact of the bacon says it contains some milk so it was changed to salmon!

notes材料 Ingredients for a 18cm round moldnotes
5 eggs
6-7 pieces of frozen pumpkins
鮭 1切れ a slice of salmon
200ml of soy milk
220g of flour
5g of baking powder
1 A tablespoonful of olive oil

Grill the salmon and remove small bones and mash roughly. Cut the pumpkin and potatoes into small pieces.

Put eggs in a bowl and stir, then add the soy milk and the olive oil.

Add the flour and baking powder (shifted, if possible).

Add pepper and salt, then put the pumpkin, the potatoes and the salmon.

Bake in the oven preheated 180C for about an hour.

As I used frozen pumpkin (which is already boiled), the dough turned yellowish. And it contains less fat so it may be healthier:-)
